The building-residential program provided for the implementation of a pre-existing Allotment Plan.

The intervention area insists on the southern slope of a river valley that has remained virtually unchanged from the landscape, with the exception of a few isolated farmhouses functional to the agricultural activity that is still practiced in the surrounding land properties.

The project starts from the reworking of some of these existing traditional features revisited in a modern and functional key with the construction of thirteen single and multi-family buildings divided into nine building types.
