The project is part of a broad recovery plan which provides for the transformation of a residential part of the city previously occupied by a commercial and industrial area. The residential buildings have a maximum height of five or six floors. The project interprets the theme of the urban block, typical of the city of the 60s and 70s, but still managed to achieve a balanced volumetric composition. The building has an inner courtyard and consists of 72 residential units in addition to some shops on the ground floor and three levels of underground parking.
