Launched in 2005, the invitation-only competition for the new headquarters of the Marchigiana Federation of Cooperative Credit Banks involved the design of a building that would concentrate various administrative functions together with a bank counter open to the public and a conference room.

All in a building with a strong identity image of the bank. The designed building is spread over four levels overlooking a full-height, fully glazed internal hall.

The roof is made practicable for events and meetings and is dominated by a sunshade structure that identifies the building and makes it highly recognizable.
