The project area is located on the border of the district Piatralacroce in the city of Ancona. It is an area of important landscape value at the edge of the Conero Park. The program consisted in the construction of residential buildings in the implementation of a development plan existent. As to the request of the client, the project was immediately directed to finding a building type at the same time able to stand out from the surroundings buildings and to valorize the privileged position of the area that overlooks the countryside and the sea. The distinctive look of the intervention is given by the system of terraces, curvilinear balconies and by the use of colorings that remind the tones of the surrounding landscape. The new district is composed of ten multifamily buildings divided into four different architectonic types.
