The project area is located in locality of Mar Azul , seaside place located about 450 km on the south from Buenos Aires in Argentina. The main feature of the area is its unique environment characterized by sand dunes that stretch for about 2 kilometers from the sea. The project area is located on the edge of a long stretch urbanized area composed by avenues that weave the territory with an edification composed by small buildings, mostly single-family residences intended for houses of holiday that go back to the traditional type of cottage wood or to the modernist villa in reinforced concrete. In both cases the buildings are well camouflaged in the extensive forest of pine trees that mitigate in part the strong southern wind. The constructive program involves the construction of a large residential complex with all the independent services such as shopping centers, sports equipment, religious buildings, bathing and public services.
