This project concerns the change of use of the building owned by the company REMATARLAZZI S.p.a., located in via Girombelli, Baraccola area in the Municipality of Ancona.

The Company REMATARLAZZI S.p.a. is a company that sells electrical materials of any type and nature, focusing more on the specialized plant, declined in the residential and tertiary sectors as well as industrial and naval applications.

It is part of the Comet Group, the first Italian group in the distribution of electrical equipment.

For over fifty years the Comet Group has been operating in the distribution of household appliances, electrical equipment and lighting equipment with professionalism, boasting a leading position in the world of distribution, with territorial coverage in ten of the most important Italian regions.

The focus of the project was the subdivision of the existing warehouse into two distinct real estate units, one of which was classified as a medium superior sales structure and redesigned as a Comet retail outlet.

This type of variation has also been reflected in the articulation of the interior spaces, which have been redistributed according to the new requirements, as well as in the external appearance of the building, for which a new covering in metal panels has been designed.
