The intervention involved the demolition and reconstruction, with prefabricated concrete components, of n. 2 separate buildings.

The first body of the building, which is encountered by accessing the lot, has a surface of 800.00 square meters developed on two floors above ground, of which the ground floor is intended as a laboratory and the first floor is intended for offices.

The second body of the building, on the other hand, has a surface of approx. 1200 square meters equally developed on two floors above ground, of which the ground floor is intended for logistics / warehouse, an auditorium and a multipurpose hall, while on the second floor there are offices and a production laboratory.

The elevations in the same way will be made with prefabricated concrete panels with the surface finish with white Carrara sandblasted red dots. The fixtures will be in electro-colored aluminum. Regarding the viability of the lot, there is a single access and exit road and an internal one-way road with the possibility of turning between the two buildings, in which private parking lots have also been placed to serve the two building bodies.
