The project covers the formerly area  Montedison situated along the north coast of the town called  Porto Recanati.

Over time, the site has also been mistakenly renamed "area ex Nervi", because the only building still in existence, dating back to the '50s, which is reminiscent of the hangars precisely designed by the famous engineer Pier Luigi Nervi twenty years before in Orvieto.

The project moves from the recovery of this example of industrial archeology to transform it in hotel, conference center and commercial center. The overall arrangement of the whole area is instead resolved with the construction of a marina for 145 berths, structure necessary for the development of tourism in the City.

To service of the marina has been designed a series of building designed to nautical services, shops and residences.
