This project involves the construction of a commercial building for the retail sale of "large and delayed delivery objects" and is located in the industrial area of ​​Baraccola (Ancona).

The supporting structure was made of prefabricated reinforced concrete with a mesh of pillars of about 20 x 12 and infill with self-supporting sandwich panels in sheet metal with interposed insulating material consisting of mineral wool.

The external finish will be pre-painted with white and green signs.

The entrance to the shopping center is made through a glass compass and with a triangular tympanum in its upper part.

Most of the internal space is obviously intended for the sale of household materials, considering 80% of the sales material is made up of "large and delayed delivery" objects.

And then there is a large area for staff and the administrative offices of the store, also with an independent connection from the outside exclusively for the use of staff.

In the rear part there are the storage rooms of the goods with the point for their "deferred delivery", with the relative dedicated routes.

There is also an outdoor sales area, part of which is covered by a canopy and an uncovered part where materials are displayed which, due to their size, can only be handled in an open room.
